SAFETY AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

To reduce the risk of fires, package each battery individually or place masking tape on the batteries' positive contact (the end with the bump).  In the case of the coin/button batteries (such as the ones for watches), both sides need to be covered.  For all other batteries be sure to cover all contacts.

Be sure to check with the recycling company for any other handling or shipping instructions.
